A non-refundable deposit of $1000 holds your space. Full payment is due two months before the retreat start date. If for any reason the retreat does not go ahead as planned, all deposits will be refunded in full. 

Cancellation Policy 

You may cancel your Grace by Kiri Retreat at any time provided that the cancellation is made by the person submitting the booking and is communicated to us in writing. Cancellation will take effect from the day that the written request is received by us.

If you cancel more than eight weeks before the Retreat start date, you will receive a 100% refund, less your deposit.

If you cancel within four to eight weeks of the Retreat start date, you will receive a 50% refund, less your deposit.

If you cancel within four weeks of the Retreat start date,  you will forfeit your entire payment.

Once your Grace by Kiri Retreat has commenced, no refund or part refund or unused portion of your holiday will be repaid in the event of cancellation by you.

If, for any reason, the retreat does not go ahead as planned and is cancelled by Grace by Kiri Retreats, all deposits will be refunded in full.

Terms and Conditions

By confirming your place at one of our Grace by Kiri Retreats, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:

A non-refundable, non-transferable $1000 NZD deposit is required to secure your place on the retreat. 

• Due to teacher cancellations or any other situations outside our control, we reserve the right to make any changes to our programme, courses or teachers. Alternative arrangements will be offered.

• Grace by Kiri Retreat’s accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury or illness whilst  you are on retreat with us, or for any travel costs to or from the retreat site.

• We strongly recommend that you have your own travel insurance to cover any loss or injury, including repatriation if necessary.

• Passports, visas and health/medical requirements: you are responsible for ensuring that you have a valid passport and any necessary visas, as well as any necessary or required inoculations or other health requirements.
